About Terri
Hi lovely, I'm grateful you're here!
My name is Terri Dotzenroth, and I'm here to support women to heal, grow and (re)discover their purpose. I began my wellness journey over two decades ago with the intention of helping people achieve their goals through healthy and active living, and that's still my intention today.
My first love was yoga, and the strength, balance and flexibility it brings to the body, mind and breath (spirit). Since starting my journey I have enjoyed exploring many avenues of health, healing and self-discovery, allowing me to heal and overcome personal struggles, discover and become confident in myself and my purpose, and to better serve those I support with the new tools and perspectives I've learned.
